On average, dog pictures make up 20% of their camera roll (mine is probably 80%) - more than trips (15%), themselves (11%) or food (6%). Dog owners post a picture or mention their dog on social media an average of six times per week.
We tapped into that behavior and asked cardholders to share pictures of their pets along with their travel promise for the chance to win miles and a trusted pet sitter through our existing partnership with Rover.
As part of the campaign, we surprised real cardholders with a trip to fulfill their travel promise.
